Are you insured?

Yes, we are fully insured for dog walking and pet care services.

How long are the walks?

We offer 30-minute and 60-minute walks but can be longer if required. Let us know what works best for your dog.

Do you walk dogs individually or in groups?

We usually do household group walks only.

Can I meet the walker first?

Yes, we can arrange a quick meet-and-greet before your first booking.

How do I book a walk?

You can book by phone, email, or through our website.

What if it rains or the weather is bad?

We still walk in light rain or snow. If the weather is dangerous, we’ll contact you to reschedule.

What’s your cancellation policy?

Please cancel at least 48 hours in advance to avoid a fee.

Do you accept all dog breeds?

Yes, we welcome all breeds as long as they are non-aggressive and manageable on a leash.
